Prototype manufacture

In order to achieve and maintain short development times, Thomas also manufactures the individual components of the prototypes itself in the initial development phases. These prototypes are then tested and evaluated by ourselves and our customers.

Our machining facilities include:

Conventional turning
CNC precision turning, 4-axis machining and 2-axis machining
CNC milling, 5-axis machining and 3-axis machining
Conventional cylindrical grinding
Through-feed grinding
Cross-grinding/honing
Drilling
Characteristic data determination using universal inspection machine with selectable force/path/time constants
