Achieving the highest possible grade, the company managed to excel in all categories. In parallel with the continued growth of the business, the recruitment of several new employees over the course of 2011 posed a considerable challenge with regard to maintaining the company's quality and environmental management at a high level. In achieving the latest certifications, Thomas Magnete has underlined its ability to perform to the most exacting standards.

ISO/TS 16949 and EN 13980 audits are focused on a company's quality management, the aim being to determine which measures a company takes in order to prevent errors relating to its internal development and production processes as well as its supply chain. Within this context, the ultimate goal is to ensure that customers are supplied with fault-free products. As part of this year's audit, the company also achieved full compliance with environmental management standard ISO 14001. The successful audit in this specific area highlights the benefits of addressing the issues of environmental protection and resource efficiency as early as the product development stage.
