IAA 2015 – Thomas Represented on Two Booths at the Finest Trade Show in the World

This year, the IAA automotive trade show was held from September 17 to 27 in Frankfurt, under the motto “Mobility Connects.” Thomas was present on two booths at the same time. From September 17 through 20, visitors were given an impression of Thomas’s qualities as an employer within the show’s “IAA Job & Career” section, which was organized for the first time. Our presence at this HR fair also constituted the launch activity for our current employer branding campaign, known as “I am Thomas.” This involves projecting a clear face and personality for Thomas as an employer so that it continues to remain attractive for potential new hires. In parallel to the trade show activities, our new website also went live.

During the September 15 and 16 press days and the September 17 and 18 trade visitor-only days, Thomas was also represented at the shared booth of the VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry) Young Entrepreneurs.  “For anybody who loves cars, the IAA is the finest trade show in the world,” said CEO Markus Krauss, as he explained why Thomas took part in the fair. “The latest technologies are on show and so, of course, Thomas also wants to present its contribution to those technologies.” Through the IAA and the associated activities, Thomas has been able to successfully communicate and reinforce its position and its reputation as a supplier of complex products and as a highly competent partner in the automotive sector.
