In order to incorporate lean management in our business operations, we follow various procedures to identify areas of potential improvement, analyze problems, single out their causes, and eliminate them: tools such as Improvement KATA or Shop Floor Management are just two of the methodologies that we use. Our aim here is not only to optimize our value chain but in particular to develop our working environment, and actively involve our staff in shaping how we work.
